Whether you’re looking for a hen party afternoon activity or something to kick start your evening, Swansea Pole and Aerial’s pole dancing lessons are a fantastic time to let your hair down and have loads of fun!
During your pole dancing hen party class, you’ll learn all kinds of pole dancing tricks and poses and the dance moves that link them together. You’ll start off with a rousing warm-up to get your joints moving and then progress to the pole. Your teacher will guide you through various pole moves and before you know it you’ll be spinning and dancing to your hearts content!
Each class is tailored specifically for your group so that you have the most fun! We’re experts at pitching the level just right. Everyone is welcome!
And if there is a special song that the hen or birthday girl would like to learn a routine to, let us know so we can choreograph something especially for her and your group. Its all part of the experience!

It’s a class that will see all the hens wiggling and giggling, as you make the inevitable jokes about the blushing-bridegroom. So bring the girls and have yourselves a fantastic time.
